The two year full time program prepares a student for career in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations. The program facilitates learning in recent concepts, tools, techniques and practices in the field of human resource management, exposing them to different functional areas of management. The different courses are designed to develop the functional, behavioral and professional skills, required by management graduate to excel in corporate world. The core modules focus on the traditional and contemporary area of human resource management, applied across manufacturing industry to knowledge based economy. The MBA (HRM&IR), itself is a specialized program, helps the students to inculcate knowledge and skills required by any HR professional in rapid changing business arena.
